We have been using Shoreline Media for over two years now and they have continued to deliver time and time again. We have booked the team for well over 100 listing shoots and each time they were able to work within our scheduling constraints and create some amazing photography and videos. Shoreline has recently started offering Instagram reels which has really increased our engagement levels. How do i find your availability?
By following the booking process, the app will show our current availability. You can also email or call!
What is your turnaround time
Beginning March 2024, photos will be delivered by 6:00pm next business day. Videos will be added to the same tour links up to 2 business days. Prestige & Prestige+ packages may require up to 3 business days depending on volume. Rushes can be purchased during checkout.
How much in advance should i book
We recommend booking 3-4 business days in advance (5-7 business days during high season March to July) to secure a preferable date. At times, we may have last-minute cancellations and can accommodate clients the next day.
What is your cancellation policy?
Clients may cancel their booking without incurring cancellation fees if the cancellation request is received before 9:00 pm local time on the day before the scheduled appointment
Cancellation requests received after 9:00 pm but more than 1 hour before scheduled appointment time will receive a cancellation fee equal to 50% the booked service value. Cancellation requests received within 1 hour or less of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 100% the booked service value.
Cancellations due to inclement weather conditions, such as heavy rain, snow, natural disasters, or any other condition that poses significant risk to your photographer or the quality of the service, are not subject to cancellation fees. Light rain, snow, or cloudy skies are not considered inclement weather and will be subject to cancellation fees.
Clients are encouraged to contact a member of our team promptly in case of cancellations and to reschedule whenever possible.
