What are your business hours?
Our office is open 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. You may text, email, or message us on Instagram at any time. We are closed weekends and holidays but will reply to you at our earliest convenience.
how much lead time do i need?
The infamous answer to the infamous question; as much time as you can get us. You can see our full availability on our Online Booking System. Feel free to call or email if you have any concerns about availability.
how will weather affect my shoot?
Our editing team have mastered the art of sky replacement - even if it's crumby out, we'll make your photos shine!
In the event of heavy rain, snow, or anything else that may ruin your shoot, we will still strive to shoot the interiors of your listing. Additional travel fees may apply if we need to return to the property.

CAN I RECEIVE MY MATERIAL BEFORE PAYING?
In most cases, material will only be available for download after payment has been received. Under special circumstances, we may allow immediate download & later invoice.
Can i/the seller/the tenant stay during the shoot?
In order to provide the best, most efficient service possible, we do ask that the home is empty while we work. We can appreciate that may not always be an option, so we may ask that you wait outside.

how many photos do i get?
For listings under 3000 square feet, you can expect between 30-50 photos depending on package. If you require additional photos, you may purchase an upgrade to receive more!
